RN Care Manager/Triage
Full Time • West Plains, MO
Responsible for interaction with patients and family members. Provides support and assistance to nursing staff and providers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with appropriate level of experience may be considered
· Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with appropriate level of experience may be considered
· Thorough knowledge of practical nursing theory
· BLS certified.
· Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to registered nursing.
· Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, aseptic technique
· Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
· Ability to keep accurate records.
· Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two years’ experience as a registered nurse (RN).
· Two years’ experience as a registered nurse (RN).
· Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with appropriate skills and experience may be considered.

· Patient Care Medical Home (PCMH)
· Primary Care Health Home (PCHH)
· General Duties
· Supervisory duties in absence of Nursing Supervisor

Compensación: $22.00 per hour
