An exciting opportunity to join one of the Northwest's Premier wineries. We are looking to add a highly motivated line cook to our talented team at our Spokane Tasting Room & Bistro. Successful candidates will provide exceptional service in supporting our efficiently run high-volume culinary operation ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible as part of an immersive wine-tasting experience. We seek candidates with restaurant experience and those that will contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment. This position offers the opportunity for growth and will begin as Full-time.
Responsibilities and Standards:
- Present a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
- Efficiently run a high-volume scratch culinary line operation while ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible.
- Organize and coordinate prep line
- Follow strict adherence to deadlines and product quality
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and food specs
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are being met by all staff
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Manage inventory levels and prep par level
- Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal safety from potential hazards
- Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment
- Reliable; consistently at work and on time
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of POS systems
- Awareness and ambassador of safety
- Must have a value for diversity and the ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and provide excellent food products in a high-volume environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, be positive, polite, and cooperative with co-workers, managers,
- Food handlers card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification, preferred knowledge of alcohol serving laws
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 Per hour DOE
