LifeMission Church

LifeMission Church is hiring part-time Childcare Workers for the weekdays and evenings at various Campus'. Applicants for this position must be 16 years old and have experience with children. This position is "as needed" for events.  Hours range between 3-4 hours per event.  

LifeMission Childcare Worker Position

• General  Responsibilities 

> Support, guide and nurture infants to ten-year old children.

> Share God’s love through positive and encouraging interaction with the children.

> Implement activities that support LifeMission Church' beliefs.

> Interact with parents, keeping them aware of children's needs

> Change diapers as necessary.

• Passion for Jesus and children.

• People oriented-ability to interact and communicate with children and their parents.

• Organization - ability to use structure and routine.

• Flexible - ability to understand that children’s energy levels sometimes dictate a change in plans.

• Ability to work and collaboratively with staff members.

• Positive and solution-oriented attitude.

General Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move around comfortably and frequently.

• Ability to sit on the floor or small chairs to interact at a child’s eye-level.

• Lift and/or push preschool supplies and carts to the preschool office to flip classrooms for weekend services.
