As an Fulfillment Specialist Assistant (FSA), you will be essential in creating a world-class service experience for our clients and must be passionate about providing flawless customer service. This person will be a point of contact for all warehouse or shipping-related inquiries. An AMA is expected to have in-depth shipping knowledge, be familiar with warehouse operations, and quickly and professionally respond to client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and resolve client issues or concerns relating to fulfillment and order processing
Generate reports for clients
Track and manage work orders
Proactively monitor the clients’ account
Demonstrate expert knowledge of OWD operations, policies, procedures, and additional services
Collaborate with other departments to accomplish goals
Inform OWD leadership about important client opportunities, events, and concerns
Infrequent travel may be required for this role

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Client relations experience (2+ years)
Wide-ranging knowledge of B2C E-Commerce fulfillment trends and technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
Professional user-level knowledge of Windows or MacOS software
Expert use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to create and analyze graphs and reports
Strong work ethic, integrity, energy, and drive
