Draught Quality Assurance Representative
Job Purpose:
Job Purpose:
Achieve a high level of draught line cleaning and maintenance. Maintain a bi-weekly cleaning of all draught accounts. Merchandise on-premise accounts with POC materials.
Reports to: On Premise Sales Mgr.
Job Duties:
· DQA rep is dedicated solely for the purpose of draught line cleaning, maintenance and POS placements.
* Candidate Must possess a current, valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug screen, background check, & agility test *
o Line Cleaning – clean draught systems with approved products
o Maintenance – perform minor repair/replace work to draught systems
o POS – place permanent and paper POS
· The DQA Rep will follow a structured account call frequency. If at any time a day is completed early, the DQA will then begin the next day call list.
· The DQA Rep will be responsible for completing a daily draught cleaning log that will be turned in to the On-Premise Sales Mgr. daily.
· DQA Rep will report market activities / issues to the On-Premise Sales Mgr. who will also be the direct supervisor. The Sales Director will oversee and manage daily activities.
· DQA Rep will be required to attend the monthly on-premise sales meeting.
· DQA Rep will be assigned various training classes. (web based / on the job) DQA Rep must adhere to all BA rules and guidelines.
Skills/Qualifications:
Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback, Competitive Nature, Self-Management, Punctual, Draught Beer Training / Knowledge. Sense of Urgency.
Comply with legal guidelines, safety requirements and all standards and policies of suppliers.
Ability to sit, stand, walk and drive.
Ability to lift and carry 10 to 75 lbs.
Ability to push/pull, climb/balance, stoop/squat/kneel, bend, reach, grasp and manipulate objects.
Ability to work in various temperature environments.
Operate electric pallet jacks and lift gates.
Clean driving record.
