Ayers Career College is seeking a motivated, self-starter for the position of Registrar. As a student-centered school, our objective is to provide top quality training that leads to successful lifelong careers.  This position offers great opportunities for growth within the organization. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  
  • Organize and maintain academic files for all students
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records 
  • Creates and maintains student schedules
  • Processes all student Change of Statuses 
  • Graduate students in CampusVue and perform final audit on academic files
  • Bill fees and tuition for all students
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Campus employees to ensure excellent communication and efficient records processing
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
 
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure while still maintaining a rigorous attention to detail
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Excellent Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
