LCECP offers a full range of services to our families.  These services are the key to family and child success with our program and can be delivered in homes of enrolled families.  To deliver these crucial services, we need someone to guide these serves during home visits.  LCECP is seeking a caring person, who is passionate about services to families and expectant mothers to fill the role of Home Visitor.

Position Summary:

Our Home Visitor serves a vital role at LCECP, they are the teachers in the home.  They develop lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum.  We are looking for someone who likes being part of a team and makes a difference in the lives of children and families.  We are looking for a caring person, who enjoys a fast-paced, independent job.

The Home Visitor will be responsible for:
  • Developing and delivering lesson plans designed to help children and families reach their goals
  • Conducting home visits and socializations
  • Conducting observations and tracking important information accurately
  • Understand and developing individual child/parent goals

Education Requirements:
  • Associates degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with children and families in early child hood education settings
  • Must be willing to maintain CPR certifications and attend regular trainings

Hours: 40 hrs. week/ 52 weeks a year 
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (40 hrs. a week/52 wks. per year)
Wage: $17.13 to $20.00 – depending on experience and education  
This position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days.
