Summary
CRRC is looking for a Senior Accountant with solid technology skills including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience with enterprise resource planning(ERP), excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills to support Finance department in all cost accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Invoice verification, payments to vendors, and take care of the vendors and departments’ enquiries.
· Prepare accrual journal entries, and allocate labor and overhead cost to WIP.
· Create ERP month-end closing plan.
· Monitor and analyze trends in material variances between standard price and actual price, and implement timely adjustments where needed.
· Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly expenditure, inventory, and WIP reports as needed.
· Work with procurement and logistic department to improve the payment process.
· Perform the inventory physical count and inspection.
· Maintain the WBS element in SAP, and respond to the enquiries in related to the WBS.
· Assist with the preparation of inventory budgets and working capital budgets, ensure data integrity and document accordingly.
· Ability to take on and complete ad hoc reports and special ‘one-off’ analytical projects independently as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Minimum three(3) years of accounting experience.
· Experience with an ERP system.

· Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Preferred:
· Five(5)+ relevant working experience.
· Experience working in a manufacturing company.
· Working experience with SAP.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
