This position includes a $600 Sign On Bonus!!  We are growing and adding new physicians!  Urological Associates of Savannah, PC is seeking a Georgia-licensed LPN for our Savannah location.  LPN will work in the clinical area.  Come experience the difference in our fun environment and why our staff stays with this fabulous, privately owned and operated employer!  The perfect candidate will have strong medical terminology, communication and typing skills.  The practice utilizes Greenway PrimeSuite electronic medical record.  Candidates must enjoy a fast-paced environment and serving patient needs.  This is a full-time, benefited position with Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM work hours with some late closing days.  No travel and no weekends.

General Summary of Duties: Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Physicians by following established standards and practices. Assists Physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
 
Education  High School Diploma;  Graduation from an approved licensed practical nursing program
Experience Minimum of one year LPN experience preferred, clinic experience preferred
Requirements  Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse, Current BCLS certificate
