Piece by Piece Autism Centers are locally owned and operated clinics whose mission is to provide high quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in suburban and rural communities that would not otherwise have access to services. Piece by Piece recognizes that our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBAs are critical parts of the service delivery process and deserve to be compensated fairly for their work. We also pay for RBT training and certification fees, BCBA recertification fees, CEUs, and provide ongoing training opportunities for all staff.
