The company was originally formed as HAWK Installation, Inc. in 1991 by Steve and Kathy Hawkins with corporate offices in Bogata, Texas. The firm initially provided quality equipment installation services to the plastics manufacturing industry. While still serving this industry and its customers, the company has expanded in both its size and services to a broader industry base and has become the full service contractor it is today.

HAWK, under the direction of Steve Hawkins-CEO, has added fabrication services at their Jefferson, Texas facility. The company employs qualified craftsmen in each trade to effectively staff each project for a safe, efficient, and timely completion.

The expanded company provides Civil, Building Erection, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping, and Material Handling Services to the Plastics Manufacturing, Heavy Manufacturing, Process & Industrial, Power & Utilities, Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Metals industries.
